I saw something the other day that was talking about some entertainers creating a CD, with the intent of the proceeds to be to raise money for the Occupy movement. I see a simple solution.

To those of you who say he is not flip-flopping, you are correct. He didn't flip-flop, instead he finally quit sitting on top of the fence post. Of course, he fell off on exactly the side that everyone knew he would. After all, it is all about votes for him, nothing more and nothing less.

One reason to take the lump sum is for estate planning. It is my understanding that the annuity from the state cannot be passed to your heirs in the event of your death. That means the state gets to keep the rest of the payments. As the church lady on SNL used to say, "isn't that convenient"...
